In most instances leaking occurs via the spray top due to pressure building up while the tab dissolves. As mentioned in the green info box on the bottom of the flyer that should be included in every box we recommend screwing the lid on once the tab is fully dissolved. By following this order you should normally prevent any leaking. However, sometimes even when doing this there might still be some pressure building up at a later point in time which needs to be released again. In case this is the issue please do the following: fully unscrew the spray top from the leaking bottle(s) to release the pressure, switch the spray top(s) to the STOP / X position and twist the bottle(s) around to see if something is still leaking.

Only foaming hand soap dispenser dispenser work, regular soap dispensers do not work unfortunately. If you do not have any, you can purchase the evercleaner Hand Wash Bundle here which includes 2 bottles.

We have minimised our packaging material as much as possible. Our shipping boxes, and our everbottles (which aren't intended for you to recycle) - are recyclable, while our cleaning tablet and hand wash wrappers, detergent sheet cartons and shipping envelopes are compostable.

All of our packaging is recyclable and our tablet wrappers and shipping envelopes are compostable and biodegradable. The detergent sheet cartons are also biodegradable. Our boxes and packaging can be recycled curbside, our tablet wrappers and shipping envelopes are compostable and our bottles (if damaged) can be sent back to us for recycling. You may also be able to recycle them at a facility in your area but we’d suggest you check with them first. If not, we'd be happy to issue you a return label so ship your products to us so we may responsibly recycle them for you!

You can compost the wrappers and shipping envelopes but you will need to recycle the shipping boxes.
